Disorder Compound 3

Select 'C12'>'C5AA'>'C3BA'>'C2BA' in order>>PART/FVAR >>.(the changing you can see is the carbon only bonded to the diagonal carbon and nitrogen)

Click on PART ('C12' and 'C0BA' have been labelled by 1. 'C7AA' and 'C6AA' have been labelled by 2. the labels mean same molecule has two different structure ---disorder.)

Click on Occupancies, and refine couple of times.(you will see two numbers appear on the four carbons, 0.235 on part1 and 0.765 on part 2. after you refine couple of time, the actual occupancies for the molecule are 0.179 on part1 and 0.819on part 2.)

Note:

Now, the molecule is on the isotopic form which doesn't show you the actual electron density look like in the disorder part. Click on .this is showing you that what the numbers 0.819 and 0.179 is meaning to the electron density.
