Sucrose 2

Before the tutorial begin, there are two things have to do:

	1.Type 'reset' (Every thing will be back to original)
	2.Type 'solve' (Show number of strong Q peaks)

The process of solving simple structure molecule, sucrose

Right-click on any selected atom>Type>Carbon (All the Q peaks are assumed as carbon and reasonable bonded by computer)

Click on or type 'refine' (The size of atoms may be different to each other which due to the actual electron density of the atoms)

Note:

Strong(bright) Q peaks are always first choice.

Some functional keys:

Left-click (and hold) on the background of the main window. Moving the mouse while holding the left mouse button will move the structure
Right-click on an atom. A small menu will appear. Various options are available from this 'context menu'
Right-click on the background and explore the various options available.
