• Type 'refine'. now, the size of atoms should be pretty similar , also, the Q peaks will be nicely around the atoms. (To select which Q peaks are hydrogen , you need some chemical sense as well. you may need couple of time to find the right hydrogen.)

• Once you have found the right hydrogen atoms>Right -Click>Type>Hydrogen and then 'refine' (You should get the right structure. if not, you just kill the unsuitable hydrogen and select another Q peak to be the hydrogen until you find the sucrose )

Note:

           You need to look at the size of atoms really careful. Because even the size of atoms are really similar (you might think it is same), they might belong to different elements.

Some functional key:

• To delete the atoms or Q peaks. Select>Type 'kill sel' or Press the <DEL> key
• Type 'edthelp'. A window will show up, which show all the functional key in the Olex
